The Integrated Body offers a unique movement experience that integrates Pilates with many other forms of Mindful Movement and healing touch. We believe it is the integration of such forms that moves one towards an Integrated Body. Our goal is to offer you a deeper and broader perspective of the limitless possibilities your body has to offer. Whether you are recovering from injury and/or suffer from chronic pain or are ready to run up a mountain; we can help you feel better, and to become stronger, longer and more aligned in your body so you can meet your goals and the challenges that life has to offer.
