Receive your first 90 minute private lesson at The Integrated Body for a special low price: $75 (a $100 value!). An evaluation lesson is designed to introduce a new student to the fundamental concepts and benefits of the Pilates Method and encourage further exploration of this great system of exercise and rehabilitation. This first lesson introduces you, your body and your wellness goals to us so we may better determine how to best meet your needs at our studio.
We recommend you follow up this lesson with an Introductory or Therapeutic Package depending on your wellness goals and needs.

We offer Senior/Family/Student/Dancer/Moxie-mom discounts of 10% on all single lessons and most packages with the exception of the 10/20/30 packs
For 2x/week clients: When only one lesson per week taken on a 2x/wk pack, client will be billed at the 8 pack rate for that lesson. All packages over $300 can be divided into 2 payments. A small administrative fee of $5 will apply.
